Job summary

Freedx is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, scale, and optimize our affiliate program in the fast-paced crypto trading space. You will cultivate relationships with affiliates, influencers, publishers, and strategic partners to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

You will work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Analytics to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term success of the affiliate program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in affiliate marketing or partnerships.
• Experience with CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare models.
• Ability to analyze performance data and report insights.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's affiliate marketing strategy.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliate partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and marketing partners.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign metrics, conversion rates, traffic quality, and revenue performance.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with initiatives.
• Ensure affiliates have access to updated materials, creatives, and assets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent traffic or non-compliant activities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage affiliate platforms and tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
