Job summary

S&K HR Consulting is seeking a Marketing & Affiliate Manager in Dubai to drive growth via affiliate partnerships, influencer engagement and social media management. You will oversee content, digital marketing and brand development across platforms to raise awareness and drive registrations.

The role requires hands-on execution, multitasking across campaigns and direct collaboration with influencers, affiliates and management to grow the platform in the UAE and Gulf region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, affiliate marketing or influencer marketing.
• Strong experience managing influencers, affiliates, creators or online partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with influencers and partners.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels and short-form video content.
• Commercially aware with outreach and partnership negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, recruit and onboard affiliates and influencers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and creators.
• Coordinate with influencers for launches and promotions of courses and programmes.
• Manage affiliate communications, meetings, campaigns and performance.
• Negotiate and coordinate affiliate partnerships and agreements.
• Develop and maintain an organised database of partners.
