Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a General Manager in a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Proven track record in improving profitability, guest satisfaction and operations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing high-volume operations.
• Experience working with owners and asset managers.
• MBA or business/hotel management qualification (advantage).
• Fluent business English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

As the hotel’s leader, you will:

• Own the hotel’s overall profitability and business performance, translating strategy into measurable results.
• Lead the Executive Committee and ensure every department delivers against operational, financial and service excellence standards.
• Champion an exceptional guest experience, turning feedback and insight into continuous improvement.
• Build a high-performing, diverse and engaged Cast through strong leadership, coaching and development.
• Drive commercial opportunities, innovation and operational efficiency while protecting the Paramount brand experience.
• Partner effectively with ownership, asset management and key stakeholders to deliver long-term business success.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager within a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Proven track record in improving profitability, guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing complex, high-volume operations.
• Experience working with owners and asset managers.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Middle East and resort experience would be an advantage.
• Strong Rooms and F&B operational background highly desirable.
• Business/Hotel Management qualification; MBA is an advantage.
• Fluent business English; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are highly desirable.
