Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, preferably in luxury hotels or upscale dining scenarios.
• Familiarity with Michelin Guide standards (preferred) and/or Forbes Travel Guide standards (acceptable).
• Experience working in venues with Michelin recognition is highly desirable.
• Background in hotel-based F&B operations with ability to operate within multi-layered leadership structures.
• Strong leadership, team management, and exceptional communication skills.
• Sound financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a luxury hospitality environment.
