Job summary

ByteDance’s BytePlus team in the UAE seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect to drive strategic GenAI opportunities and deliver multimodal AI solutions for regional customers. You will partner with regional sales to shape pipeline, design production-grade GenAI pipelines, and guide governance, cost, and latency trade-offs.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, strong cloud and GPU experience, and comfort with fast-moving GenAI technologies.

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions architecture or pre-sales in a customer-facing role.
Experience delivering multimodal GenAI systems in production.
Strong cloud, GPU workloads, and distributed systems background.
Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with GenAI technologies.

Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Partnership: Partner with regional Sales teams to identify, qualify, and shape opportunities across Video, Image, and Multimodal GenAI.
Multimodal Solution Delivery: Design and deliver AIGC solutions including text/image/video generation with brand consistency, Vision‑Language Model workflows for semantic analysis, and advanced prompt engineering.
Production Pipeline Architecture: Architect production‑grade GenAI pipelines utilizing diffusion models, VLMs, and LoRA/adapter‑based fine‑tuning while using orchestration frameworks like ComfyUI and custom orchestrators.
Agentic Workflow Design: Develop agentic AIGC workflows where autonomous agents interpret intent, invoke generation analysis, and coordinate multi‑stage tasks including retries and human‑in‑the‑loop approvals.
Technical Advisory & Governance: Act as a trusted advisor on model selection trade‑offs, cost and latency optimization, and critical governance topics such as IP protection, content safety, and watermarking.
Innovation & Lifecycle Ownership: Own AIGC POCs to ensure measurable outcomes, translate customer feedback into platform requirements to influence product roadmaps, and support post‑sales success to drive upsell of advanced capabilities.
