Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus team is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive strategic GenAI opportunities across MEA and US regions. You will lead design and delivery of multimodal AI pipelines, advise on governance and cost optimization, and partner with regional sales to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience delivering image/video/multimodal GenAI systems.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers across MEA and US regions.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving GenAI tech.
• Strong technical and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Partnership with regional teams to shape GenAI opportunities.
• Design and deliver AIGC solutions including text/image/video generation and VLM workflows.
• Architect production-grade GenAI pipelines with diffusion models and fine-tuning.
• Develop agentic AIGC workflows with multi-stage tasks and human-in-the-loop approvals.
• Advise on model selection trade-offs, cost and latency optimization, governance topics.
