Job summary

Teltonika is seeking a Group Sales Manager to lead the GCC Telematics sales team from Dubai. You will develop and execute regional sales strategies, drive revenue, and manage performance across a high-growth market.

You will recruit, train, and coach the local team, coordinate with technical and product teams, and expand Teltonika’s presence in IoT and telematics. English fluency and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• At least 1 year of experience selling telematics products.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to move throughout GCC when opportunity arises.
• Organized and results-oriented with a drive to grow earnings.
• Ambitious to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics.
• Create and implement a sales strategy for the GCC region.
• Analyze sales activities and develop the team to ensure 100% sales plan realization.
• Recruit the sales team and participate in the selection process.
• Organize and conduct training for local sales teams.
• Prospect and engage buyers via cold-calling, email, and social media.
• Present and demonstrate value of products and services to buyers.
• Coordinate technical inquiries.
