Job summary

CertiK is seeking a solutions consultant to lead on-site engagements with banks, VASPs and regulators in the UAE and nearby markets. You’ll conduct discovery, document regulatory needs, and shape engagements that translate into concrete proposals and roadmap input.

You will travel regularly, work embedded with compliance and risk teams, and align with Product and BD across time zones to drive regulatory technology adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles such as consulting or business development.
• Experience with banks, VASPs or regulators in financial services.
• Willingness to base on client sites with regular GCC travel.
• Knowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technology.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Ability to manage engagements end-to-end with light supervision.

Responsibilities

• Spend extended periods on site with compliance, risk and innovation teams at banks, VASPs, custodians and regulators in the UAE and wider region.
• Run discovery with clients and prospects: understand workflows, pain points and regulatory obligations, documenting them in the client's words.
• Bring findings back to Product to shape roadmap and sales approach.
• Partner with Business Development in client meetings and regulator conversations; you own the solution posture.
• Present CertiK's products clearly to senior client teams and draft scoped proposals with timelines.
• Deliver advisory engagements, including licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, due diligence, and workshops.
• Represent CertiK at industry events and regulator meetings in the region; coordinate with global teams.
