Job summary

Addepar in Dubai is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. You will design and implement out-of-the-box solutions for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivering value for sophisticated investors.

You will work with our Sales, Product, and Partnership teams, travel occasionally, and bring both finance and technology expertise to bear. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience delivering solutions or onboarding clients in wealth management or fintech.
• Excellent communication for both business and technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client on-sites.
• Legal authorization to work in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects for clients across the EMEA market.
• Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision.
• Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a strategic partner.
• Define and manage project expectations across client and internal teams.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar's platform for wealth management workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success for seamless handoffs.
