In a fast-moving fintech environment, you’ll drive regulatory risk management, oversee post‑launch reviews and enable scalable, compliant growth across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience interpreting regulations in a business context.
• Experience with VARA regulations and UAE federal laws.
• Exposure to crypto exchanges or fintech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise Product, Tech and Growth on crypto and consumer regulations.
• Oversee yield, DeFi, and derivative products regulatory frameworks.
• Support new product approvals and crypto feature launches.
• Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials.
• Own post-launch product reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are documented.
