Job summary

Deriv.com is seeking an Individual Contributor to design and ship production-grade regulatory monitoring and compliance systems in Dubai. You’ll own NLP-driven rule changes, onboarding/AML workflows, and RegTech integrations, shaping governance, data integrity, and auditability from day one.

You’ll mentor peers, thrive on ambiguity, and translate complex regulations into practical tooling and risk models that regulators and the business can trust. This role balances speed with thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Design systems that aggregate rule changes across jurisdictions and generate actionable alerts.
• Build onboarding, AML, and fraud workflows on microservices.
• Evaluate AI/ML, blockchain, and identity tools against real requirements.
• Extend governance and data integrity for GDPR/ISO 27001 alignment.
• Model risk with AI-driven simulations for fraud and operational risk.
