Job summary

CertiK, a leading Web3 security company, is hiring a solutions consultant to engage with banks, regulators and regulated financial institutions across the Middle East. You will meet with banks, VASPs and regulators, present products and services, learn their problems, and lead consulting engagements.

This embedded, forward-deployed role puts you on the client side, often onsite in the UAE, shaping requirements and guiding product direction while coordinating with global CertiK teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role in consulting, solutions, BD, or regulatory roles in finance.
• Experience with banks, VASPs, or regulated financial institutions.
• Willing to be based at client sites with frequent GCC travel.
• Knowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technology.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for client deliverables.
• Able to manage client relationships end-to-end with light supervision.
• Knowledge of VARA, ADGM, DFSA or central bank licensing regimes.
• Experience with VASP licensing, regulatory examinations or compliance remediation.
• Experience with compliance, risk or surveillance software.
• Big 4 or financial services consulting background.
• Existing relationships with GCC banks, VASPs or regulators.
• Role to be performed outside the United States.

Responsibilities

• Spend extended periods on site with regulatory teams in the UAE.
• Run discovery with clients and document requirements in their own words.
• Translate findings to Product to shape roadmap and sales approach.
• Partner with BD in client meetings and regulator conversations.
• Present CertiK’s products and services to senior client teams and craft scoped proposals.
• Deliver advisory engagements, including licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, due diligence, strategy assessments, workshops and reports.
• Represent CertiK at industry events and regulator meetings in the region.
• Coordinate with CertiK teams across time zones.
