Job summary

Haier is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead end-to-end management of air conditioners across the Gulf market. You will shape product strategy, certification processes, pricing, channel enablement, training and marketing execution to drive profitable growth.

In this role, you will conduct market research, oversee certifications, analyze sales and margins, and optimize the portfolio for premium share. Strong English, leadership and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in management, economics, electronic information, or related fields.
• Experience: 8+ years in home appliances sales and product management in UAE and GCC.
• Language: Proficient in English for independent business negotiations.
• Able to lead and drive comprehensive projects with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management for Haier air conditioners across the Gulf market, including strategy, certification, pricing and training.
• Drive product competitiveness, channel quality and profitable growth aligned with regional targets.
• Conduct market, competitor and user research to define lineup, positioning and pricing for GCC.
• Oversee local certification compliance and test report management for market entry.
• Analyze sales, margin and product mix; optimize portfolio for profitability.
• Develop and deliver structured product training for dealers, retail teams and direct sales staff.
• Create training materials and organize workshops for demos and teardown sessions.
• Lead after-sales installation training and build a professional service team.
• Define terminal standards: booth design, POP, displays and store grading.
• Execute local marketing campaigns and manage budget to ensure branding consistency.
