HeronCode, a founder-led executive search firm serving the GCC, is expanding its team and seeks a target-driven business development professional to collaborate with the Co-Founders on live searches. In this role you will drive outbound conversations with senior leaders across the region, build a robust pipeline, close deals with pace, and generate market insights for clients.

The position offers AED 6,000 per month plus uncapped commissions, with hands-on training and exposure to how leading

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Track record of meeting and beating targets.
• Strong outbound and cold-outreach skills.
• Confident with senior decision-makers and polished communication.
• Genuine interest in the GCC market and its leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Open conversations with senior leaders across the GCC region via calls, messages, and email.
• Research and prospect to build a strong pipeline of regional leaders.
• Move conversations forward to commitment in partnership with Co-Founders.
• Track sector and hiring trends to provide commercial insights for clients.
