Job summary

SGS is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth of its Human Risk Management services across the GCC. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, promoting a digital KYC/KYE platform, and selling background screening and due diligence solutions to organizations in highly regulated environments.

The candidate should have 5+ years in GCC B2B sales, experience selling to financial institutions or luxury brands, and a robust network in finance/IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in the GCC.
• Proven sales experience selling services to financial institutions, multinational corporations, luxury brands, technology companies, or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML, background screening, due diligence, and risk management.
• Experience selling SaaS, RegTech, or digital platforms is advantageous.
• Existing network within FINANCE, IT or LUXURY industries is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the GCC.
• Sell SGS Human Risk Management solutions (KYC, KYE, background screening, due diligence, third-party risk).
• Build relationships with Compliance, Risk, HR, Procurement, and C‑level managers.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory developments and competitor activity.
