The successful candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, strong transaction execution, and a track record of presenting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity or Principal Investments.
• Strong transaction execution across mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience developing investment committee materials and transaction analyses.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute M&A, private equity, and strategic investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and investment committee materials.
• Conduct commercial, financial, operational, and market due diligence.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, commercial, and tax advisors.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support business development and relationship management activities.
