Job summary

Korfshore Inc. is seeking a Vice President – Commercial Growth, GCC, for a 100% commission-based remote contract to lead business development and strategic growth across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

The role requires an entrepreneurial senior leader with established GCC relationships, proven ability to originate and close meaningful B2B opportunities, and a track record selling BPO, managed services or professional services.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting.
• Strong GCC relationships and understanding of GCC business culture.
• Ability to originate and close meaningful B2B opportunities.
• Experience selling BPO, outsourcing, managed services, or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead GCC commercial growth strategy across the GCC.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across GCC countries.
• Build relationships with CEOs, founders, CFOs, COOs, procurement execs and other leaders.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Position Korfshore’s managed-services and BPO solutions to client needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, and develop partnerships and channel opportunities.
• Represent Korfshore at GCC events and maintain CRM visibility.
