Job summary

Futures Abroad DMCC seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute workshops, seminars, and profile-building sessions across the Gulf region. You will own each event from scheduling through delivery and reporting, while building strong school and university partnerships.

The role requires managing budgets and logistics, coordinating counselors and speakers, and traveling across Dubai, Doha and other GCC hubs to deliver high-quality programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and delivering workshops and events.
• Strong network within the education sector across Gulf countries.
• Ability to coordinate multi-country travel and logistics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end execution of workshops, seminars, and sessions.
• Own event timelines, budgets, logistics, and on-ground delivery.
• Coordinate counselors, trainers, and guest speakers to ensure quality.
• Manage post-event reporting, feedback, and impact tracking.
