Job summary

Guildhall is hiring a CEO for a fast-growing property developer in the GCC region. You will work closely with the founders to professionalise operations and assume P&L and investment authority, not a caretaker seat.

The role entails fundraising from individual and institutional investors, building financial models and feasibility studies for acquisitions, and running day-to-day operations with a lean broker-driven sales model in Dubai/UAE.

Responsibilities

• Own fundraising from individual and institutional investors across projects
• Build financial models and feasibility studies for new acquisitions
• Run day-to-day operations for a focused efficient team
• Manage delivery across live projects sold through broker channels
• Take strategic decisions on new sites, sales pace and investor terms
