Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of business development, commercial or growth leadership experience, with senior/executive exposure.
• Strong UAE/GCC experience with an established senior-level network.
• Strong professional services experience in audit, tax, advisory, consulting, legal, banking or related environment.

• Develop and execute firm-wide growth strategy across priority market segments.
• Identify, acquire and grow relationships with multinational companies, family offices, government entities.
• Build and maintain C-suite and board-level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, Tax Directors and others.
• Lead complex business development pursuits from qualification to closure.
• Drive cross-selling across Audit, Tax, Advisory, Accounting, Payroll, HR, Risk, Compliance, Technology and ESG.
• Strengthen CRM discipline, pipeline governance and revenue forecasting.
