Quality Kiosk Technologies in Dubai seeks an experienced SME – Commercial Banking to lead automation delivery and governance for major banking projects. The role requires deep GCC banking domain knowledge, hands-on governance, and strong client‑facing leadership to drive transformation across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ Years GCC Banking Experience (Mandatory).
• Automation Governance & Delivery Management experience.
• JIRA Administration & Dashboard Management experience.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Banking Transformation Program experience.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• UAE / Middle East Banking Project exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project governance & delivery management for banking automation and testing programs.
• Govern automation testing initiatives and quality engineering programs.
• Manage JIRA projects, workflows, dashboards, reports, governance metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and delivery stakeholders.
• Perform effort estimation and create project plans and roadmaps.
• Define execution strategies and manage dependencies.
