Job summary

Adept Global is seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong Corporate Banking background to lead end-to-end testing across multiple banking projects. You will shape test strategy, governance, and automation initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and delivering high-quality results.

Reqs include 12+ years in QA/QA Engineering, 3+ years in Test Manager roles, and hands-on exposure to Corporate Internet Banking, Corporate Payments, and H2H integrations. Travel may be required.

Domain: Banking/Financial Services experience is a must.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Corporate Banking and Quality Engineering to lead end-to-end testing initiatives across multiple banking projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in test management, automation strategy, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery execution.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager capacity.
• Must have spent the last 4–5 years managing multiple Corporate Banking testing projects, with hands-on exposure to Corporate Internet Banking and Corporate Payments.
• Strong functional experience across one or more of the following:
• Corporate Internet Banking
• Corporate Payments
• Host-to-Host (H2H) Integrations
• API Banking
• Cash Management
• Trade Finance (preferred)
• Test strategy and planning
• Risk and dependency management
• Test metrics, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Strong understanding and practical application of QA processes, methodologies, defect management, and quality governance.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing automation strategy, with active involvement in automation project delivery within the last 2 years, including driving adoption, delivery, and measurable ROI.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with tools such as JIRA for test and defect management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in GCC banking environments.
• Exposure to Trade Finance and other Corporate Banking products.
• Willingness to travel internationally based on project requirements.
