Job summary

Qualitykiosk Technologies seeks a seasoned Senior Delivery Leader to manage end-to-end QA and testing across 7–8 banking accounts in the Middle East, including Dubai and Saudi Arabia. The role combines delivery governance, presales input, financial management, and deep banking domain expertise.

The ideal candidate will own the P&L for the banking QA practice, drive structured QA processes, and build long-term client relationships to fuel account growth.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in QA/QE service delivery within BFSI/Banking.
• Strong TPM expertise for large banking programs.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI, Automation, DevOps and Digital Transformation.
• Proven stakeholder management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA/testing delivery for multiple banking accounts.
• Lead a team of 100+ QA professionals across geographies.
• Establish QA processes, governance metrics, and delivery dashboards.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality delivery across accounts.
• Drive automation adoption and shift-left testing strategies.
• Manage client relationships at CXO level and identify growth opportunities.
• Own P&L for the banking QA practice, including pricing and profitability.
