Job summary

Acesoft Labs (India) Pvt Ltd in UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead regulatory project automation within the Banking/Financial Services domain. You will manage end-to-end delivery, align business requirements, and drive governance across stakeholders.

You will coordinate with business, technology, architecture, operations, and vendors, plan milestones, monitor risk, and ensure projects finish on time and within budget, while delivering compliant banking solutions.

Qualifications

8–12 years of Project Management experience.
Strong Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge.
PMP Certification (or equivalent) required.
Minimum 4–5 years of Regulatory Project Automation experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience leading technology transformation projects and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage technology projects across banking business units.
Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
Ensure deliverables align with business requirements and goals.
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality delivery.
Drive regulatory project automation initiatives and process improvements.
Prepare project plans, status reports, and governance documentation.
