Job summary

Kerzner International's Atlantis The Royal in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager, Gastronomy, to oversee the dining floor and support the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining exceptional service standards across day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of relevant all-day dining experience, preferably from international 5-star hotels, with strong business acumen and a solid understanding of P&L.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant all-day dining experience.
• International exposure with 5-star hotel experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of business acumen and overall P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining floor and assist the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining high service standards.
• Drive departmental KPI focus on Guest, People, Product and Profit; motivate colleagues via training and coaching.
