Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, media, advertising, or consulting.
• Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of Consumer/CPG markets, journeys, and e-commerce.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Consultative, commercially minded with growth opportunity identification.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic post-sale relationships with Consumer advertisers.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' business objectives and journeys.
• Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts; drive upsell and investments.
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Build relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders; influence decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Partnership Managers on pre-sales and pitches; develop TikTok solutions.
• Develop and execute full-funnel TikTok strategies across organic, brand, performance.
• Translate client goals into scalable TikTok solutions across the consumer journey.
• Stay updated on new products/features and propose relevant solutions.
