FX Brokerage in Dubai (on-site) is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the sales/retention floor. The role requires strong leadership, FX/Forex experience, and a track record of hitting targets while driving team performance.

Relocation support is offered. Fluent English and excellent communication are essential to coach agents, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-pressure environment.

• Experience leading floor/desk teams in FX/Forex or CFD brokerages.
• Proven ability to drive targets and manage performance.

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join an already establishedFX Brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales management experience, and the ability to drive team performance in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams
• Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets
• Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Handle escalations, client issues, and support agents when needed
• Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes
• Maintain a positive and competitive working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex, CFD Brokerage.
• Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of FX sales Retention, deposits, and client handling
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong reporting and organizational skills
