Job summary

FX Brokerage in Dubai (on-site) is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the sales/retention floor. The role requires strong leadership, FX/Forex experience, and a track record of hitting targets while driving team performance.

Relocation support is offered. Fluent English and excellent communication are essential to coach agents, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading floor/desk teams in FX/Forex or CFD brokerages.
• Proven ability to drive targets and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise sales/retention teams.
• Monitor KPIs, performance, and daily targets.
• Coach and train agents to maximize deposits and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Handle escalations and support agents when needed.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies.
