Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the on-site FX trading floor in Dubai. The role demands strong leadership, sales management, and the ability to drive performance in a high-pressure environment.

You will supervise the sales/retention teams, monitor KPIs, coach agents, ensure compliance, and collaborate with management to improve strategies. Fluent English and proven team leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as Floor Manager/Desk Manager in FX/Forex or CFD brokerage.
• Experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of FX sales retention, deposits, and client handling.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams.
• Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets.
• Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Handle escalations, client issues, and support agents when needed.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes.
