TopTalent Recruitment Agency in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced Floor Manager for an FX brokerage. The role oversees daily floor operations, supervises sales/retention teams, and drives performance in a high-pressure environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in FX/Forex desk management, with a track record of meeting targets, leadership skills, and fluency in French. On-site position with relocation potential and a competitive salary plus commission.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years experience as Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex, CFD Brokerage.
• Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of FX sales Retention, deposits, and client handling.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in French.

Mansioni

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams
• Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets
• Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
