TopTalent Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced FX Retention Floor Manager for an on-site role in Dubai. Lead the floor, drive retention and deposits, and ensure regulatory compliance on a high-pressure trading desk.

You will coach and manage agents, monitor KPIs, and optimize strategies to boost performance while maintaining a positive, competitive environment. Relocation and strong compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex, CFD Brokerage.
• Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.

Job Description / Role:

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join an already established FX Brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales management experience, and the ability to drive team performance in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams
• Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets
• Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Handle escalations, client issues, and support agents when needed

Experience Required:
