Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex, CFD Brokerage.
• Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams.
• Monitor team KPIs and performance.
• Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions.
