Job summary

Aqary Investment & Development is seeking an organized and experienced HR Generalist to manage all HR operations. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring. The role requires strong HRMS proficiency and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across all HR functions.
• Experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Leave Management.
• Experience in Employee Relations & Performance Management.
• Ability to prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR letters, and warning letters.
• Ability to handle employees and resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
• Proficient with HRMS and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR operations from recruitment through employee termination.
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, candidate selection, and issuing offer letters.
• Manage new employee onboarding, personnel files, and employment contracts.
• Monitor attendance, working hours, leaves, absences, and lateness.
• Prepare and review payroll data and coordinate with the Finance Department.
• Monitor probation periods, employee performance, and KPIs.
• Handle employee complaints, workplace issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly HR reports covering employees, recruitment, attendance, and payroll.
• Manage resignations, employee termination, and final settlements.
• Manage and update employee data in the HRMS.
• Ensure all employee files and documents are properly organized and kept confidential.
• Support management in developing and improving HR processes.
