Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim in UAE seeks a Fulfillment Team Leader for MAF Retail's Hypermarket online operations. You will manage daily e-commerce fulfilment tasks including picking, packing, handover to last-mile, and ensure on-time dispatch with strict quality controls.

You will coordinate across functions like operations, commercial, IT and customer service, maintain dark store organization, and mentor the team while aligning with MAF Retail policies and training needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery (preferred).
• Strong operational and commercial knowledge with experience in cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in warehouse/distribution systems and computer applications (MS Office, advanced Excel, SAP, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with full professional proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Implement performance management, attendance monitoring, and disciplinary actions in line with company standards.
• Develop team capabilities through mentoring, on-the-job training, and coordination with HC for training needs and staffing adequacy.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of MAF Retail policies, procedures, and operational best practices.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Fulfillment Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day execution of fulfillment operations which includes Picking, Marshalling activities. When applicable, the role holder should liaise with the store and make sure that the customers are fully satisfied with the online services in terms of freshness, quality and fulfillment of their orders.
