Paramount Hotels Dubai seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Stage team and guarantee a warm, personalized guest welcome. You will supervise operations, ensure high standards, and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless service in a luxury Dubai setting.

The role requires 2+ years in a 5-star hotel, hotel school or Front Office cert, and excellent English; additional languages are a plus. This is a on-site role within a prestigious global brand.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Stage or Front Office Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
• Hotel School graduate or Front Office Operations certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Front Stage Agents to ensure smooth operations and guest well-being.
• Uphold Paramount Hotels Dubai welcoming standards and personalized service.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to optimize guest experience.
• Monitor OPERA PMS usage and ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for supervising the Front Stage Agents in ensuring a smooth operation. The Supervisor ensures that the standards of the welcoming experience of the Paramount Hotel are follows and that all guests or visitors receive a personalized and welcoming service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Front Stage or Front Office Supervisor in a 5-star hotel
• Hotel School graduate or Front Office Operations certification preferred
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and OPERA PMS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of VIP welcoming protocols
• Strong supervisory and team leadership skills
