Job summary

SIRO One Za’abeel is seeking an experienced Front Office Team Leader to supervise daily operations at the lobby and front desk. You will guide the team, ensure premium guest service, and maintain high standards across check-in/out, upselling, and guest satisfaction.

Fluent English is essential; MS Office, Excel and Opera PMS experience is required. Prior five-star hotel exposure and leadership experience are highly valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate with MS Office, Excel and Opera.
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Two years’ experience in a five-star environment; pre-opening is an advantage.
• Fluent in verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk team on shift and during the absence of the line manager.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and grooming standards maintained.
• Maintain effective communication with related departments for smooth service.
• Upsell and cross-sell services and facilities to guests.
