Job summary

SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai is seeking a Performance Operations Manager to drive and lead the operational and financial performance of SIRO Fitness and Recovery, ensuring service excellence and profitability. The role focuses on managing personal training, coaching, treatments and guest experiences to the highest standards.

Fluent English is required; 3+ years of senior management in luxury wellness or hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience within a luxury fitness, recovery, spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environment.
Experience leading operational and commercial performance across Fitness and/or Recovery, including budgets, revenue, payroll, productivity and cost control.
Relevant internationally recognised diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Sport & Exercise Science, Fitness, Wellness, Spa Management, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
Skills in sales, guest relations and delivering outstanding customer service in a luxury hospitality environment.
Attention to detail and aptitude to maintain highly hygienic, safe and professionally presented environments.

Responsibilities

Lead Fitness and Recovery operations to ensure high standards of professionalism, customer service and optimum financial performance.
Oversee the Fitness Lab, Recovery Lab and related areas in line with SIRO and hotel operating standards.
Prepare and contribute to monthly financial and statistical reports, including budgets, forecasts and productivity measures.
Support the Director of Fitness in developing annual budget, business plan and commercial strategy.
Monitor revenue, usage, bookings, and productivity; implement action plans where required.
Ensure booking strategies utilize staff effectively to maximise guest access and revenue.
Provide leadership, direction and support to all direct reports; maintain a highly motivated team.
Develop and maintain training plans with Learning & Development; keep standards current.
Monitor guest/member satisfaction and introduce measures to improve service quality.
Ensure daily operations comply with health, safety and SOPs; maintain assets.
