Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury beach-side setting. The role involves shift leadership, staff training, and coordinating with departments to fulfill guest needs.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in a 5-star hotel and 1+ year in Front Office, with strong English, MS Office and front desk systems. Preference given to Gulf/Middle East experience and pre-opening exposure.

Qualifications

• Senior High School qualification or equivalent.
• Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
• At least 1 year Front Office experience.
• Strong commands of Microsoft Office, PSMS, GoConcierge, HotSoS and Rex.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage.
• Ability to understand guest needs and deliver superior customer service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage shifts to ensure smooth reception operations.
• Provide direction and support to all front office colleagues during hours.
• Train colleagues in line with standards and policies when required.
• Maintain front and back of house areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Identify areas to improve front office service via guest feedback and reports.
• Promote teamwork and clear communication within the team.
• Ensure grooming and appearance standards reflect professionalism.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service to fulfill guest services.
