Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Front Office Agent to join the Front Office team. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, coordinate with hotel departments and ensure superior service per MOHG standards.

The role requires 2+ years in a 5-star hotel, strong English communication, and familiarity with hotel systems. UAE experience is a plus; MOstay and health benefits accompany a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
• A minimum of 1-year Front Office experience.
• Previous experience in the Middle East region is an advantage.
• Strong commands of Microsoft Office products, PSMS, GoConcierge, HotSoS, and Rex.
• Clear communication; English (verbal and written); German/Russian/French speaking skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and escort guests promptly to their rooms.
• Address guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles.
• Handle cash drawer and check cash float as per policy.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service to fulfil guest services.
• Prepare daily arrival, in-house, and next day arrival buckets and welcome cards.
• In charge of guest invoices and credit card authorizations for in-house guests.
• Communicate with Night Duty Manager and Accounting.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel outlets and products.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure per MOHG standards.
