Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Front Office Agent to join our Front Office team. You will greet guests, check-in/out, and coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping and Reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Front Office, 2 years in a 5-star hotel, and strong English communication; experience in the Middle East is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, PSMS, GoConcierge, HotSoS, and Rex is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• At least 1 year Front Office experience.
• English language required; German/Russian/French preferred.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office, PSMS, GoConcierge, HotSoS and Rex.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with courteous service.
• Communicate with Night Duty Manager and Accounting as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel outlets and services.
