Dorchester Collection Dubai is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest relations and front desk operations, ensuring the highest standards of service. You will mentor the team, upsell during check-in, and represent the Dorchester Collection ethos in all guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in front office leadership and guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic/French/Spanish) are a strong advantage.
• Ability to coach and develop team members for peak performance.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations and uphold the We Care philosophy.
• Coach and train front office agents to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Act as hotel ambassador during check-in and daily duties, including upselling.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and alignment.
• Respond to guest requests and special occasions with attentiveness.
• Foster a culture of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity.
• Communicate effectively with the hotel team to maintain smooth operations.
