Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises front office staff to ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes.
• Maintains guest satisfaction by overseeing service quality and resolving issues.
• Manages daily operations to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Communicates objectives and performance expectations to the team; recognizes excellent performance.
• Supervises staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and guest service delivery.
• Ensures adherence to policies, SOPs and LSOPs across front desk operations.
