Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader – Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
• Well developed communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Front Office department in line with Hyatt standards.
• Support the Director of Rooms in managing day-to-day Front Desk operations.
• Lead and develop the front desk team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
