Job summary

Hilton in Dubai is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will drive operational excellence, maintain Hilton service standards, and reflect the warm hospitality.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar position, a hotel management qualification, strong leadership, and a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue through upselling and effective rate management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Front Office Manager role with a hotel management qualification.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commitment to guest experience and service standards.
• Strong commercial awareness including budgeting and P&L experience.
• IT proficiency; knowledge of Property Management Systems is an advantage.
• Previous Hilton experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations while maintaining Hilton service and standards.
• Deliver exceptional Guest experiences, recognise VIP and regular Guests, and improve guest satisfaction.
• Maximise occupancy and revenue through effective rate management and upselling.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the Front Office Team to high performance.
