Job summary

Hilton in Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You will deliver warm reception from check-in to check-out and perform audits as required to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a customer-focused attitude, strong communication, grooming standards, and the ability to multitask. You will assist other departments, support night team training, and uphold Hilton brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and audits to ensure smooth operation
• Provide outstanding guest service and respond promptly to inquiries
• Keep Guest Service Manager informed of guest feedback and issues
• Support training activities and Night Team development as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of room categories, rates, packages and promotions
• Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximise occupancy
• Handle currency, credit cards and cash per hotel policies
• Follow security, fire safety, and health and safety procedures
• Operate front of house systems and convey brand standards
• Support other departments as required
