Job summary

REEQWEST is seeking a Hospitality Trainer to deliver comprehensive training in the UAE on the Guest Cycle, front office operations, and PMS usage.

You will teach Customer Service Excellence, handling complaints, upselling, and Hospitality English, with Opera or Fidelio exposure for hands-on practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or Tourism.
• 2–5 years of Front Office experience.
• Deep knowledge of at least one PMS (Opera/Fidelio or equivalent).
• Excellent spoken English and customer-service mindset.
