Job summary

1st-jobs.com is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at one of Abu Dhabi's leading hotel chains. You will warmly greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide information about facilities and local attractions.

The ideal candidate has experience in front office or guest service, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English (Russian a plus). You will handle reservations, payments, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front office or guest service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Russian is a plus.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about facilities, services and local attractions.
• Process reservations, cancellations and modifications accurately.
• Maintain guest accounts and payments records.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk.
