Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations with a sales focus to maximize room revenue.
• Coordinate with sales, F&B and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Train and mentor front desk staff on procedures and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure data quality for reporting.
• Ensure daily handover and shift tasks are completed efficiently.
