Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a professional Front Desk Agent to join its front office team. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel reception experience and be confident in delivering outstanding guest service while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

The successful candidate will welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations through Opera PMS, and provide prompt assistance to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); previous experience in a hotel front office role.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS; strong knowledge of front office and hotel reception procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills; professional appearance and customer-focused attitude; UAE-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a professional and friendly front desk experience.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation requests efficiently.
• Operate Opera PMS for reservations, room assignments, and guest records.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with daily front office operations.
