Job summary

HIVE on the 14th floor of i-Rise Tower in Barsha Heights is hiring for front desk and member experience roles. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, manage the reception, bookings, payments, and move-ins, and support sales with tours and client work.

The senior role will cover the manager's duties, while the junior role focuses on phones and general admin. All tasks are recorded in the HIVE app and CRM, ensuring a paperless operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin, customer service and client care.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Based in the UAE and able to start within four weeks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, register visitors and issue passes.
• Answer calls, emails and WhatsApp messages; log inquiries in the CRM.
• Manage bookings for meeting rooms, podcast studio and studios; explain pricing.
• Process payments and ensure receipts; manage monthly statements.
• Support move-ins and onboarding of new members; verify identities and issue access cards.
• Maintain front desk, lobby and lounge in presentable condition and assist brokers/agents.
